How do I recover from a broken streak?

Don't let a broken streak derail your progress! Focus on getting back on track immediately. Your best streak record is saved, and you can always build an even longer one. The key is consistency over perfection.

What's the best way to choose habit difficulty?

Start with 'Easy' habits (5 XP) to build momentum, then gradually increase difficulty. Medium habits (15 XP) are perfect for established routines, while Hard habits (25 XP) should be reserved for challenging but achievable goals.

How many habits should I track at once?

We recommend starting with 3-5 habits maximum. Focus on building consistency with a few key habits rather than overwhelming yourself. You can always add more once these become automatic.

Why aren't my notifications working?

Check that notifications are enabled in both your device settings and Sticka's app settings. Also ensure the app isn't being killed by battery optimization. Go to Settings > Notifications to customize your reminder preferences.
