By downloading, installing, or using the Sticka mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Sticka is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits through gamification, progress tracking, and achievement systems. Our service includes:

User Accounts

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Features

Sticka offers premium features through subscription plans. Subscription pricing and features are clearly displayed in the app before purchase.

Billing and Renewals

  • Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account
  • Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. Trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

User Content

Your Data

You retain ownership of all habit data, notes, and personal information you input into Sticka. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Data Usage Rights

By using our service, you grant us the necessary rights to store, process, and sync your data to provide the Sticka service across your devices.

Intellectual Property

Sticka and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by AdQuirk, LLC. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Sticka available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Limitation of Liability

Sticka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account anytime through the app settings
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Active subscriptions will remain valid through the current billing period

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

EU Users

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

For US users, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. EU consumers may choose to resolve disputes through their local courts or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in their country.
